Intense aroma with the progress of seasoning; taste and sensations in the mouth slightly spicy; structure and friable consistency. Smooth and consistent crust, light to dark brown color; aspect of the paste: straw-yellow color, sparse eyes, regular and granular structure. Cylindrical shape. Inedible crust.

INGREDIENTS: Goat’s milk, veal's rennet, salt, lactic ferments.
